I then give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ann Tomlin, the Sum of Ten Pounds a year during the Term of her natural life or aslong as she keeps my Widow......
My three Daughters, Mary, the Wife of Thomas Smith, Nanny, the wife of Christopher King and Betty, unmarried....
I give and Devise unto my Son, Thomas Tomlin.....
I also and Devise unto my Son, William Tomlin....
One Sixth part thereof unto my Son, James Tomlin....

I do hereby certify that, on the 17th day of July in the year of our Lord 1807, William Tomlin of Doncaster in the county of York, joiner, son and one of the Executors named inthis last Will and Testament  of WilliamTomlin the elder, late of Bewerley, in the township of Dacre cum Bewerley, inthe parish of Ripon, in the Diocese of York , stonemason, deceased was swornwell and truly to execute and perform the same and that the whole of the Goods,Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased within the Diocese of York do notamount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
